Jordanians see symbol of hospitality in traditional 'mansaf' dish

Description

In Jordan, a traditional dish finds its roots in ancient history and remains a cherished symbol of hospitality, most recently added to UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage list. Jordanian 'mansaf', the kingdom's national dish, "is the best", according to Ashraf Mubaideen who co-owns a traditional restaurant in the capital Amman.
