All-new Renault Scenic Vision at Paris Motor Show 2022

Renault unveiled its Scenic Vision concept car at the ChangeNOW summit in Paris last May as a step on Renault Group’s journey to carbon neutrality in Europe by 2040 and worldwide by 2050. Scenic Vision embodies Renault’s commitment to sustainable development and reflects the brand’s plan to decarbonise its entire life cycle. It is the first to feature a new pearl-white paint, which is dried with ultraviolet lamps instead of much more energy-intensive infrared heaters, lowering power consumption by 75% during production.

Renault's Driverless EZ-GO Concept May Be the Future of Ride-Sharing

Renault revealed its new driverless concept vehicle called the EZ-GO at the Geneva International Motor Show on Tuesday. EZ-GO is a Level 4 driverless vehicle, so it can change lanes, turn at an intersection, and keep a safe distance from the vehicle in front of it. Users will be able to access the EZ-GO from an app or from fixed locations and will enter through a hatch which opens at the front of the vehicle, which also make the auto wheelchair accessible. The EZ-GO can accomodate up to 6 people at a time and features a U-shaped seating arrangement, making the ride a social experience.

Ferrari Debuts Sold Out LaFerrari Aperta at Paris Motor Show

Ferrari debued their newest supercar, the limited edition LaFerrari Aperta, the convertible version of the original LaFerrari, at the Paris Motor Show on Thursday. However, don't get your hopes up - all 200 models were sold out before the exotic auto was even unveiled. 200 ultra high net worth individuals have already shelled out the 1.86 million euros to reserve the LaFerrari Aperta without ever having even seen the car, earning Ferrari about 372 million euro in revenue.

Electric Volkswagen I.D. Goes On Display at Paris Motor Show

Volkswagen presented their new electric car, dubbed the I.D., at the 2016 Paris Motor Show at the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre on Wednesday. The I.D. is expected to be available to consumers in 2020 and Volkswagen has announced that an autonomous driving option will become available in 2025. The five-door hatchback with rear-wheel drive has an electric motor positioned at its tail, freeing up space at the front of the vehicle and providing a motor output of 168 horsepower. The car is expected to be able to travel between 250 to 375 miles on a single charge and has options for wired and wireless fast charging capabilities.
