The Q3 45 TFSI e and the Q3 Sportback 45 TFSI e mark the first step into the world of electrified Q models from Audi. Their technology package is very similar to the A3 45 TFSI e3: The 1.4 TFSI cooperates with a permanently excited synchronous machine (PSM) that outputs 85 kW of power and 330 Nm (243.4 lb-ft) of torque. Together, the two motors generate 180 kW (245 PS) of system output and 400 Nm (295.02 lb-ft) of system torque. Both the Q3 45 TFSI e and the Sportback take 7.6 seconds to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62.1 mph), and both models reach a top speed of 210 km/h (130.5 mph). In the NEDC cycle, the Q3 45 TFSI e consumes 1.7 to 1.4 liters of fuel per 100 km. The Q3 Sportback 45 TFSI e records the same values of 1.7 to 1.4 liters of fuel per 100 km. Both compact SUVs can cover up to 61 km (37.9 mi) in the NEDC powered purely by electricity. In the WLTP, the distance is 51 km (31.7 mi) for the Q3 45 TFSI e and 50 km (31.07 mi) for the Q3 Sportback 45 TFSI e.

Audi is expanding its selection of plug-in hybrid models by launching sales of the Q5 Sportback TFSI e quattro on European markets. The elegant SUV coupé is rolling off the assembly line in two output levels: The Q5 Sportback 50 TFSI e quattro2 delivers 220 kW (279 PS) of performance, the Q5 Sportback 55 TFSI e quattro3 delivers 270 kW (367 PS). On both models, the lithium-ion battery can store 14.4 kWh of net power – enough for an electric range of up to 61 kilometers (37.9 mi) according to the WLTP (71 kilometers (44.1 mi) under the NEDC). The sister model, Audi Q5 TFSI e quattro, which has already been on the market since 2019, is now being equipped with the even more powerful battery.
Audi's first goal with its PHEV models is to offer a driving experience that inspires confidence. Its propulsion concept provides high efficiency and high energy recovery power. As a result, a large part of the daily commutes can be covered only with electricity and zero local emissions. At low speeds, the Acoustic Vehicle Alert System generates the e-sound prescribed by the regulations.In “Auto Hybrid” mode, the main operating configuration, the TFSI motor and the electric motor divide the work intelligently and with maximum efficiency. At low speeds it uses only electrical energy; prioritizes the TFSI engine at higher speeds and often combines both. The electric motor provides additional thrust when accelerating or when there is a great need for charging. If the driver steps on the accelerator firmly, the interaction between this engine and the gasoline engine creates a powerful impulse. When accelerating from a low speed, the electric motor intervenes in the tenths of a second that the turbocharger needs to generate pressure. By driving at constant speeds, it can operate at times like an electric generator, shifting the load level of the TFSI to ranges where it is most efficient.
More powerful and faster than any RS 6 and RS 7 to date: new Audi RS 6 Avant performance and the RS 7 Sportback performance are bursting with extras that sharpen the models’ appearance and make for a more emotive driving experience. The potent 4.0-liter V8 biturbo TFSI engine now has an engine power of 463 kW (630 PS) and a maximum torque of 850 Nm. From December 8, the RS 6 Avant performance and the RS 7 Sportback performance1 are available for 135,000 euros each.At Audi, ‘performance’ means more power. For example, larger turbochargers and an increase in boost pressure from 2.4 to 2.6 bar in the 4.0-liter V8 biturbo TFSI engine that both the RS 6 Avant performance and RS 7 Sportback performance boast, allow an increase of 30 PS in engine power and 50 Nm more torque compared to the base versions. This means a total increase in power from 441 kW (600 PS) to 463 kW (630 PS) and in maximum torque from 800 to 850 Nm. The performance models3 sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds, 0.2 seconds faster than the RS 6 / RS 7 base versions.Yet less is sometimes more: reduced insulation between the engine compartment, the interior, and the rear of the vehicle ensures the RS 6 Avant performance and the RS 7 Sportback performance1 will thrill customers with an exciting, next-level sound experience – the reduction also makes the car eight kilograms lighter. The RS 6 Avant performance has a total unladen weight of 2,090 kg whilst the RS 7 Sportback performance weighs 2,065 kg.
