It's been a busy winter for Automobili Lamborghini, which has been clocking up kilometers on roads all over Europe. Amidst breathtaking scenery and evocative locations, the super sports cars from Sant'Agata Bolognese took on Europe's most beautiful routes through sun, rain, snow and ice, always guaranteeing the highest levels of performance and driving enjoyment.In January a convoy of Urus Performante, Urus S, Huracán STO and Huracán Tecnica paraded along the snowy roads between Denmark and Sweden, delighting onlookers in the fairy-tale setting. The activity wasn’t just focused on the roar of Lamborghini engines however: as often happens during Lamborghini events, driving is combined with unique experiences that remain etched in the memory of those who experience them. The event in Scandinavia made a stop in the evocative Tower of 'The Plant', a converted factory in which containers were built for years and then transformed into a paper mill. The hotel, a jewel in the Himalayan-inspired "Le K2 Collections", is framed by the mountains and perfectly integrated into the landscape. The hotel overlooks the Trois Vallées offering incredible panoramic views and direct access to the ski slopes. Guests dined in L’Altitude and Bottkeneck restaurants, with their Tibetan–inspired decor combining charm and excellence and a culinary experience combining a reinvention of traditional French cuisine; the best artisan French cheeses; and extraordinary dessert creations that resonate with gourmets around the world.
On the eve of the international dynamic debut at the Autodromo Piero Taruffi in Vallelunga, Lamborghini factory driver Andrea Caldarelli tested the new Revuelto, the first super sports V12 hybrid plug-in HPEV (High Performance Electrified Vehicle) on the Roman circuit.Unveiled in the brand’s 60th anniversary year, Revuelto defines a new paradigm in terms of performance, sportiness, and driving pleasure from its unprecedented new architecture, innovative design, maximum-efficiency aerodynamics, a new carbon chassis concept, and a 1015 CV powertrain that combines the new V12 engine with three electric motors.With Lamborghini, Caldarelli has won some of the most prestigious titles in the endurance category, including the triple crown of the GT World Challenge Europe in 2019 and the 24 Hours of Daytona in the GTD category. Caldarelli will also be part of the crew that will contend the 2024 season of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship at the wheel of the new Lamborghini SC63.
