Alameda, Mar 16 (EFE/EPA).- California Governor Gavin Newsom visited an elementary school in Alameda on Tuesday to share school reopening efforts. Nine thousand of California's 11,000 schools are open now or plan to reopen in the next few weeks as it becomes safer for in-person learning.
