Description

Hebron (West Bank), Apr 11 (EFE / EPA), (Camera: Abed Al Hashlamoun).- Drums industry is a traditional handicraft where people make drums in the old way by using clay, pottery and goats' leather, and they used it before dawn every day of the month of Ramadan beating a drum to a simple rhythm, calling on people to wake up for some last-minute eating. Muslims around the world celebrate the holy month of Ramadan by praying during the night time and abstaining from eating, drinking, and sexual acts during the period between sunrise and sunset.
