Snowstorm brings parts Germany to a standstill

Dortmund, Feb 8 (EFE/EPA).- Germany were by a huge snowstorm on Monday, bringing parts of the country to a standstill. A heavy winter storm with cold easterly winds brought ice and fresh fallen snow with snow drifts. Many railway services in western Germany are being disrupted.
