Harvey Weinstein wants the judge removed from his trial over "prejudicial and inflammatory" remarks he allegedly made earlier this week.
Over a third of potential jurors have been rejected from Harvey Weinstein's trial because they admitted they could not be fair and impartial.

The jury found Mr. Weinstein guilty of two counts, a criminal sexual act in the first degree and rape in the third degree.
