Chrissy Teigen has praised her husband John Legend for being her "strength" when she battled with postpartum depression following the birth of their daughter Luna Simone three years ago.
Chrissy Teigen has confessed she worries about getting postpartum depression again when she welcomes her son into the world.
She and her husband, singer John Legend, suffered the pregnancy loss of their third child, son Jack, in October and Teigen has shared their grief publicly, including photos from the hospital. On Wednesday the usually prolific social media user tweeted as to why she has not been around as much. I'm not tweeting much because I'm honestly in a bit of a grief depression hole but do not worry as I have so much help around me to get better and I'll be fixed soon. they'll call when im better and ready for pickup and u can swing by and grab me ok?
The star, who recently shared that she had a month of sobriety under her belt, posted some photos of her evening on her verified Instagram account. "Mom and dad wishing you a happy, healthy and beautiful new year blessed with the purest joys and most positive ~*v i b e s*~," the caption read. She also shared a photo of the couple with their close friends, Jen Atkins and Mike Rosenthal. Earlier in the week Teigen had shared with her followers that she was inspired to give up drinking after her doctor and friend gave her the book "Quit Like a Woman" by Holly Whitaker.

The revelation came after a fan told Teigen she wanted whatever drugs Teigen was on. Teigen's sobriety comes nearly three months after she experienced a pregnancy loss of her third child.
