BlackBerry Will Release Only Android Smartphones

BlackBerry plans to release at least one, possibly two, new smartphones in 2016, both of which would run on Android Software. The company has been struggling with releases to the general public, BlackBerry devices are still widely used by the U.S government — and will still sell the BlackBerry Classic and other older devices. .Blackberry released its first Android device, the BlackBerry Priv, last year and it has been on sale about two months and will soon be available on more carriers and in more countries,hopefully boosting sales . The company will continue to support the old operating system — while exploring new options.

Sony Bringing Gaming To IOS & Android Devices

The gaming world as it relates to smartphones and tablets continues to offer more proof of it's relevance in the consumer marketplace. Sony Computer Entertainment in a recent press release announced that as of April 1st, a new company called ForwardWorks Corporation is being established by Sony in order to produce games for mobile devices. Sony isn’t new to the world of mobile gaming having previously used its PlayStation brand to produce and promote games on smartphones.
