All The Pretty Little Horses un film de - een film van Michalis Konstantatos Aliki en haar echtgenoot Petros verhuizen noodgedwongen met hun vijfjarige zoon van Athene naar een klein appartement op het Griekse platteland. Aliki is halftijds thuisverpleegster. Petros is klusjesman in de villa van de rijke, vrijgevochten Anna. Petros en Aliki proberen zich aan te passen aan de nieuwe omstandigheden, maar algauw steken relationele spanningen de kop op. Petros is klaar om hun nieuwe leven te omarmen, terwijl Aliki zich er hevig tegen verzet. In Anna's afwezigheid beginnen ze meer en meer tijd door te brengen in haar villa en een leven te leiden dat eigenlijk niet dat van hen is. Suite à un fâcheux événement, Aliki et son mari Petros quittent la ville pour s’installer au bord de la côte, à la recherche d’un lieu sûr. Aliki et Petros enchaînent les boulots temporaires pour retrouver un niveau de vie normal et retourner dans leur maison à Athènes.
