Sen. Warren Seeks Investigation of Landlord At U.S. Air Force Base

Description

According to Reuters, U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren is demanding answers from the Air Force and one of its top housing contractors, following reports about how the company falsified maintenance records to help it secure Defense Department bonuses. Last week, Reuters and CBS reported how landlord Balfour Beatty Communities kept two sets of maintenance records at Oklahoma’s Tinker Air Force Base. Warren is looking to investigate whether any military housing projects used misleading record keeping.
