Getty Lawyer Marty Singer is accusing FX’s new show, "Trust" of Defamation. The series, which dramatizes the 1973 kidnapping of John Paul Getty III, was directed by Danny Boyle It stars Brendan Fraser, Donald Sutherland, Hilary Swank and Harris Dickinson. According to Ariadne Getty, the FX network defamed her family by depicting her brother, J. Paul Getty III, as complicit in his own kidnapping.
