China takes on Trump With Tariffs

Description

China is moving forward with its plan to counter President Donald Trump's new tariffs on steel and aluminum. A 15 percent tariff increase is being imposed on goods including American fruit and nuts. A 25 percent tariff is being added to pork, recycled aluminum and other goods. In total, the Chinese government said it would impose the retaliatory tariffs on 128 products. The move to impose these duties is expected to escalate the trade wars between the U.S. and China.
