'Fair play won't stop Putin - it's time for sterner stuff'

Description

Hillary Clinton is mired in controversy even before announcing she will run on the Democratic ticket. We look at US press reaction to "Email-gate". Also, Garry Kasparov lashes out at Vladimir Putin in The Guardian, saying "fair play" isn't the way to go. The Kiev Post echoes that, describing him a nuclear-armed crazy man. The Economist, meanwhile, warns we are entering a new nuclear age. And NASA says there are traces of an ancient ocean on Mars.
