Ryanair is scrapping its 2-bag carry-on policy because too many people use it

Ryanair, Europe's budget airline company is getting rid of its two-bag carry-on policy, because passengers were bringing too much luggage. now, only "Priority Boarding" customers who have paid extra will be allowed two carry-on bags starting November 1. Ryanair said in July it was considering changing its baggage policy but held off. however, now they are reducing the cost of checked bag fees and increasing the weight of bags that are checked.
