Cat Stevens Going to South Africa For First Tour

On Tuesday organizers announced that British singer-songwriting legend and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Yusuf Islam, also known as Cat Stevens, will tour South Africa for the first time in November 2017. Islam's "Peace Train Tour" commemorates the 50th anniversary of his first major hit single and debut album Matthew & Son released in 1967. The three-city 2017 concert tour commences on Thursday November 9 GrandWest, Cape Town and then moves to the brand-new Sun Arena at Time Square, Menlyn Maine, on Sunday November 12 and finishes on Wednesday November 15 at Durban’s ICC Arena.
