Ukraine's Zelensky says 400 settlements have been de-occupied in Kharkiv region

Description

In his nightly address, President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine's forces have retaken 400 settlements in the Kharkiv region during the swift counter-offensive in September, liberating around 150,000 people from occupation. Zelensky also condemned a Russian missile attack on a dam of reservoir in his home town, Kryvyi Rih.
