Huthis looking to 'thwart' truce with government: Yemen official

The head of Yemen's presidential leadership council Rashad al-Alimi says that the Huthis are "looking for any pretext to thwart the truce and impede the UN and international efforts to renew it," as he addresses the United Nations General Assembly.
