The eastern Libyan city of Derna attemps to clear huge piles of debris that litter areas devastated in last week's deadly floods. Thousand were killed and least 40,000 people have been displaced across the north east of the country. IMAGES
The WHO has urged authorities in Derna to stop burying flood victims in mass graves, highlighting the potential health risks if located near water and the distress it could cause families.
Engineers blame years of neglect for the failure of the two dams above Derna.
