Bangkok, Dec 17 (EFE/EPA).- A 16-year-old Thai students reported to the police Thursday after he was charged for allegedly insulting Thai monarchy during a pro-democracy protest held in October. The student is the first teen to date who were charged under section 112 of Thai criminal code after taking part in a fashion show held to mock Thai monarchy. The United States has not been "not involved in any offensive operations", US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says following reports that Israel had carried out revenge strikes on Iran. The Group of Seven industrialised nations is "committed to de-escalating" tensions in the Middle East in the wake of reports that Israel launched strikes on Iran in retaliation for its unprecedented attack on Israeli soil Saturday, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says.
