Paris, Dec 9 (EFE/EPA).- Russia's Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky agreed here Monday to implement a cease-fire in eastern Ukraine and carry out a second exchange of prisoners of war before the end of the year.The two men reached that accord during a gathering in Paris hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.This latest round of talks under the "Normandy Format" went on for nearly eight hours at the Elysee Palace, including a working dinner.The conflict in eastern Ukraine's Donbas region erupted in the spring of 2014, but the first exchange of POWs took place only in September.
