Chile's presidential run-off takes place this Sunday. Socialist candidate Michelle Bachelet is the favourite in the polls to beat right-wing candidate Evelyn Matthei. The campaign has centred around ethical issues, particularly abortion, which is current illegal in Chile. Bachelet wants a law authorising abortion in cases where the foetus is seriously malformed or the mother's life is in danger. Matthei opposes that idea and has vowed to govern according to the teachings of the Bible.
