Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky holds a joint press conference with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Belgian Prime Minister Alexander de Croo during his surprise visit to the Netherlands. In his first official visit to the country, Zelensky went to the International Criminal Court, which has issued an arrest warrant for Russia's President Vladimir Putin over war crime charges.
