On the last day of a NATO summit in Madrid, United States President Joe Biden says that the United States intends to announce "more than 800 million" dollars in military aid to Ukraine in the next few days including "new advanced Western air defence systems for Ukraine, more artillery and ammunition, counter-battery radars, additional ammunition for the HIMARS multiple-launch rocket systems we've already given Ukraine and more HIMARS from other countries as well."
