Climate activist Greta Thunberg takes part in a protest for the first time since her arrest for a public order offence in London, for which she is currently on bail. The 20-year-old Swede took part in a demonstration outside JP Morgan's London office in the Canary Wharf business district, calling on the company to stop financing fossil fuel extraction. Climate activist groups have made a series of protests actions on the sidelines of the Energy Intelligence Forum taking place in London from October 17 to October 19. Madrid, Dec 11 (EFE).- Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg on Wednesday addressed the plenary session of the COP25 UN Climate Change Conference in Madrid.In her speech, the Swedish climate activist urged the leaders of the world's richest countries to increase their efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, accusing them of delaying taking real action by offering "misleading" pledges.The Conference runs in the Spanish capital until Dec 13.
