Revered by Aztecs, Mexican hairless dog in style again in hipster era

Mexico's prized xoloitzcuintle, hairless black dogs named by the Aztecs for the god of death, Xolotl, have become cool once again in the 21st century -- Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera had one and they are now the dog of choice for 20- and 30-somethings proud to embrace their Mexican heritage.
