Facebook, Twitter remove more than 650 accounts linked to Russia, Iran

Description

After Microsoft announced it had stopped attempts by hackers linked to Russia from launching cyberattacks onto conservative think tanks, Facebook and Twitter now say they have shut down pages linked to Russia and Iran, which were sharing misleading political content ahead of the midterm elections in November.
