Short Workouts Add Up To Health Benefits

Description

According to Mother Nature Network, a new study found that short workouts are beneficial for your health over time. Researchers at Duke University analyzed data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, conducted between 2003 and 2006. The survey collected biometric data from almost 5,000 adults over 40-years-old, who were outfitted with a device to calculate their daily physical activity and exertion.
