The European Parliament has announced that it has opened an investigation into the MEP. According to the Russian investigative website The Insider (based in Latvia), Tatjana Zdanoka, a non-attached MEP elected in 2004, is alleged to have collaborated with the Russian security services (FSB) from 2005.
