Couples defy fear of coronavirus to attend mass weddings in Philippines

Manila, Feb 14 (EFE/EPA).- Like every year on February 14 in the Philippines mass weddings seized the main cities of the couontry Friday, however this year the fear of the coronavirus has marked Valentine's Day where vendors sold not only roses but also protective face masks. The most numerous mass wedding was held at the Manila Convention Center, where some 146 couples said "yes, I do" for Valentine's Day defying the fear of contagion by COVID19 in crowds of people.FOOTAGE SHOWS MASS WEDDING IN THE MANILA CONVENTION CENTER IN MANILA, PHILIPPINES.
