COCONUT FLOUR1 CLOVE CRUSHED GARLIC1 TBSP BASIL+OREGANO1 ½ TBSP. OLIVE OILMETHOD IN A FOOD PROCESSOR BLEND 80G + 2TBSP FLAX MEAL WITH THE WATER, SALT, SUNDRIED TOMATOES AND FEW TWISTS OF PEPPER UNTIL THE MIXTURE THICKENS AND THE TOMATOES ARE BROKEN DOWN. LET STAND FOR 10 MINS. IN A LARGE BOWLM PLACE THE REMAINING FLAX, COCONUT FLOUR, BASIL, OREGANO AND SALT AND OLIVE OIL. ADD THE TOMATO/WATER/FLAX MIXTURE AND STIR UNTIL THE DOUGH STARTS TO COME TOGETHER. KNEAD THE DOUGH FOR 3 MINUTES. DIVIDE THE DOUGH INTO 10 EQUAL BALLS. PLACE ONE BALL IN BETWEEN 2 SHEETS OF PARCHMENT PAPER AND ROLL OUT. YOU WANT THEM JUST UNDER ¼ INCH THICK. LIGHTLY OIL A FRYING PAN AND HEAT TO MEDIUM HEAT. COOK ONE TORTILLA UNTIL IT’S LIGHTLY BROWN. FLIP AND COOK FOR AN ADDITIONAL 20-30 SECS.
